Satu918 Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Guidelines

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the satu918 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other medium we provide — you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent you from using our services.
• You have never been banned, suspended, or had an account closed by satu918 for a policy violation.
• You are registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person.

Satu918 is not liable should any ineligible individual use our platform in violation of these Terms and Conditions. By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above.

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the satu918 platform. Holding more than one account — whether under the same name, the same phone number, the same email address, the same IP address, or the same device — is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any wins or balances in those accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and profile updates is accurate, complete, and up to date. Inaccurate or false information may result in account suspension and refusal to process withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

5.1 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

Satu918 reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals involved in prohibited activities where deemed necessary, and will cooperate fully with authorities in any related investigation.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the satu918 support team via Live Chat. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any valid balance will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.2 Closure for Responsible Gaming Reasons

Members who choose to self-exclude for Responsible Gaming reasons may apply for a temporary or permanent account closure. Requests will be processed within 24 hours. satu918 fully respects and supports members who choose to stop playing for their own well-being.

8.3 Closure by satu918

Satu918 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
